Voćna keks torta

SASTOJCI:

500 g posnog keksa,
3 dl voćnog soka,
250 g margarina,
30 g kakaoa,
Voće:
500 g bresaka.
Za fil:
5 dl biljne pavlake.

PRIPREMA:

Keks samleti pa pomešati mleveni keks, voćni sok, umućen margarin i kakao. Pripremljenom smesom obložiti dno kalupa za torte.

Slatku biljnu pavlaku umutiti mikserom (najbolje na srednjoj brzini).

Preko keksa u kalupu poređati oprane i iseckane na kriške breskve, pa sve prekriti ulupanom biljnom pavlakom. Dekorisarati kriškama bresaka ili po sostvenom izboru.
